Review the product description, price, delivery method, and checkout summary before submitting an order. The applicable refund terms depend on what you purchase: a self-service digital product, a live workshop, or custom services. An offer containing more than one format must explain the applicable terms and component values before purchase.
Checkout and delivery
Checkout is completed through the provider shown during purchase. Delivery timing and access instructions should match the product page and order confirmation. Keep the confirmation for your records.
Self-service digital products
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Reviewing or downloading the materials does not remove your eligibility. A refund ends hosted access and your license to use the refunded materials.
Live workshops
You may request a full refund before the first session. After the first session begins, the undelivered portion is refundable using the component values disclosed before purchase.
Custom services
You may request a full refund of project fees paid within seven calendar days of your first payment. After that period, we retain the value of documented, agreed work and approved nonrecoverable third-party expenses, and refund the unearned balance.
Sharpening Workshop allocation
The $197 Workshop price is allocated equally between two sessions: $98.50 per session, including companion materials. Downloading the workbook does not consume the value of a live session. Before the first session, the full Workshop price is refundable; afterward, the undelivered portion is refundable. A partially delivered session is assessed by its undelivered proportion.
Master’s Vault allocation
The $497 current-edition package allocates $47 to the Kit, $53 to advanced digital materials, $197 to the Workshop, and $200 to the private advisory package. These amounts divide the purchase price; they are not additional charges or separate advertised retail values.
The digital-product policy applies to the $100 digital portion, the live-workshop policy to the $197 Workshop portion, and the custom-service policy to the $200 advisory portion. The advisory scope allocates $30 to preparation, $120 to the call, $30 to the memo, and $20 to the follow-up. These allocations do not authorize automatic deductions: only documented, agreed work and approved nonrecoverable expenses may be retained after the seven-day service refund period. Booking alone is not delivery.
Hosted access and downloaded materials
New Workshop and Master’s Vault packages provide 12 months of hosted materials access from purchase, once these offers reopen. Downloaded copies remain available for licensed use unless refunded. This does not include unlimited future products, workshops, or coaching. A personal account vault and purchase history are separate from the paid Master’s Vault package. These terms do not retroactively reduce rights under an earlier purchase.
Delivery and billing problems
Contact us about non-delivery, duplicate charges, an incorrect item, or an access problem. Mandatory legal rights and remedies for non-delivery apply separately from the refund windows above.

Provider disputes
If a payment or checkout provider requires action within its own system, The Niche Ninja may direct you to that provider's support or dispute process. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
