The Founder's Way
A practical system for
finding a clearer niche.
Daniel Cepeda created The Niche Ninja to help founders turn broad ideas into focused audience, problem, and positioning hypotheses they can validate.

Why I built The Niche Ninja.
Broad ideas are difficult to explain, test, and build around. The Niche Ninja starts with four questions about the subject, audience, transformation, and founder perspective, then turns those answers into a focused hypothesis.
The output is a planning aid, not proof of market demand or a promise of search performance. Keyword ideas, audience language, offers, and positioning still need to be checked against current search results and real customer evidence.
The blade metaphor keeps the method simple: a useful niche is not merely smaller; it is clearer about whom it serves and what changes for them. Kintsugi adds the second principle—early attempts can become evidence for the next iteration.
The Niche Ninja operates within Stewardyn. When a validated niche needs implementation support, Stewardyn is the natural next step.
The Niche Engine is currently available without charge. Use its output as a starting point, validate the assumptions, and decide which next move fits the evidence.
The Credo
- The broad market is a fog. A niche is a blade.
- A niche is not smaller. It is sharper.
- Your broken strategy is where the gold is.
- Build for the search bar from the first stroke.
